This is part of a series of quarterly yoga workshops designed for students in South Wales who are both relatively new to yoga, as well as more experienced students. Yoga Holiday

The short breaks at the Island Hotel on Tresco are suitable for all levels, from beginner to Intermediate. On arrival you will meet Lucy and other members of the group. The group will be a maximum of 10 allowing tuition to remain personal.2 classes per day: 7: 00 a.m. - 8: 30 a.m. (general yoga class) 5: 00 p.m. - 6: 30 p.m. (preparation for relaxation and relaxation techniques) Outside of these class times you will be free to enjoy the delights of Tresco and the rest of The Isles of Scilly daily. Entrance to the famous Tresco Abbey Garden is included in your break. Daily boating will be available that will ensure you can see as much or as little of the islands as you wish. Non-Yoga partners are more than welcome.

Rajiv and Swati are two of Guruji's most senior teachers and have been practising under his guidance since 1975. They run their own centre Yog Ganga in Dehradun in the Himalayan foothills. They spend at least 2 months a year at RIMYI in Pune. This is their third teaching visit to Ireland. In 2005 they were the guest teachers at the IYAUK convention. The venue is in North Dublin near the airport and the botanical gardens. Hot water for teas etc provided in the 45 minute break. 1030 to 415 each day. Map sent on request.
