First Aid Training

Elaine Martin is an Iyengar Yoga teacher and a First Aid Instructor, and offers a one-day course (7 hours) that is valid for 3 years. The course content has been tailor-made for the yoga environment and takes into account the legal aspect of health and safety requirements when teaching yoga. Elaine is happy to travel to venues all over the UK and to teach on a Saturday or Sunday. Please note, anyone can organise a course providing they have a minimum of 12 people and a venue in which to teach.
