Bristol Iyengar Yoga Centre is a freehold property in a quiet residential area about 1.5 miles from Bristol city centre. It is privately owned by Gerry Chambers and Lynda Purvis, who, under the trading name Yogawest, purchased the premises in March 1999. After 10 year in Bristol, Gerry and Lynda are ready to move on, and aim to sell the property and its successful and well established yoga business to another Iyengar yoga teacher. Attached to the yoga centre is a modern 3 bedroom town house which is also for sale by separate negotiation.

The premises of the yoga centre extend to approx 3500 sq feet (320 sq metres approx) and consist of two yoga studios, as stage ara, a meeting/practice room, office, reception area, changing rooms and toilets for men and women and entrance lobby.
