Friday 23 April – standing asanas with belts to help ensure symmetry, balance, stability and stamina

Saturday 24 April – spinal twists to energise, warm and nourish the internal organs

Sunday 25 April – active restorative sequencing to help elevate emotions and balance negative thoughts with positive.

Suitable for those with at least 2 years attendance at classes. £60 for full weekend or £25 per day. Held on Zoom.  Book as per our flyer.
