In life we seek support from a range of resources in the environment around us. So also in Yoga we first proceed with the support of a Guru or a teacher. In our yoga environment we call these supports ‘props’. The most basic of these are the walls that create the space within which we practice, the earth we stand on and how we sit, which is the base word for asana ( the seat). In this sequence of three classes we will explore the use of the wall (11 April) , the floor (18 April)  and the seat (25 April).
