Please join us for a face-to-face weekend workshop in the beautiful Highland capital – Garth will be teaching a weekend starting with a teachers class on Friday 17th evening, which is open to teachers, trainee teachers and students with a strong practice who are looking to deepen their understanding of the nervous system.  We will look at core concepts recommended by B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta Iyengar and apply Garth’s experience in a led asana class.  Please have experience with headstand and shoulder stand) and at least two years’ of study in the Iyengar tradition.

General classes on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th June are open to all students familiar with or willing to learn Iyengar yoga. Persons with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s or other neurological or movement challenges who are self-ambulatory are most welcome to attend.
