Are you a cyclist, runner or other sports person? Or just fairly fit and active but you’d like a form of exercise to help you discover suppleness as well as strength, and use your breath to better effect?
This four week block is aimed at people who already have active pastimes and who are looking for better understanding of the body and breath. You may be a newcomer to yoga or someone who has already tried and would like a firmer foundation to your practice.
Claire was not naturally sporty but has developed a love of swimming, cycling and has run too (although not currently). As an experienced teacher she knows the impact of yoga to help with both physical and mental fitness. From direct experience Claire understands how to use props and action in the poses to help the more flexible people find stability, and the stiffer bodies to find movement and freedom.
