Due to the popularity of December’s workshop, Laura is back at our Centre in March!
This Workshop will provide tools to help deal with anxiety, depression or low moods. In a supportive environment, you will learn how to stretch, open the body and breathe well to improve your own mental health. So join Laura in the spring equinox for a session for balance and equanimity!
Laura Potts has over 20 year’s experience of teaching yoga for positive mental health in both the NHS and the community. Her caring and careful approach is inclusive of all, no matter what background or experience.
