About Congleton Iyengar Yoga Centre

The Centre opened in September 2011 and is conveniently located in the centre of Congleton near to the Leisure Centre.

 

•  Well equipped and spacious ground floor yoga centre (80 square metres) and changing room

•  A range of yoga classes to suit all levels

•  Individual support, adjustment and encouragement

•  A full programme of yoga classes allowing you to attend as many as you like

The Centre is run by Christina Niewola, a Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Assessor and a Teacher Trainer, who has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1977 and teaching Iyengar Yoga for over 30 years.
