About Dorset and Hampshire Iyengar Yoga
DHIY is a long established and successful non-profit organisation promoting the study and practice of Iyengar Yoga throughout Dorset and Hampshire for all students, aspiring teachers and qualified teachers.
We organise regular live yoga workshops with local, national and internationally recognised teachers, in both Dorset and Hampshire.
We hold an extensive library of Iyengar yoga books and other resources, and provide comprehensive information about Iyengar yoga and Iyengar yoga events in Dorset and Hampshire via our website, bi-annual newsletter and social media pages. Our website (dhiy.org) also provides a comprehensive list of teachers and their classes throughout the area.
Becoming a DHIY member entitles you to discounts on our events and access to borrow resources from our library, as well as to the benefits of membership of IY(UK).
