About Maidstone Iyengar Yoga Centre

We are a team of experienced Iyengar yoga teachers who are passionate about the subject. In recent times we have all had to adopt new technologies and adapt to a changing world, but yoga helps us to become more agile and responsive, both physically and mentally.

Now with our new digital studio, we are delighted to welcome new students, not only from our local area but also from around the world. It is not uncommon for us to have students joining us via Livestream from as far away as Denmark, India and Canada. We look forward to sharing our experience and welcoming you as art of our global yoga community.
