Improvers Class with Rachel (In Person)
Class Description:
This is an in-person group class in Hedge End, Southampton, for those with at least 1 year Iyengar Yoga practice or more.
Please bring your own mat and any equipment you have (Rachel will have spares to borrow or buy). If you have postural, joint or other health issues, just fill in your details when signing up and Rachel will modify poses to suit your needs or suggest a more suitable class.
