Class Description:

Inside the beautiful studio of Soulfit on Western Road in Lewes, this class is taught physically in the studio and online for students who wish to join at home. The studio is fully equipped with all Iyengar Yoga equipment, including chairs, bolsters, blankets, blocks, bricks and belts. The class is open level and suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, right through to more experienced students.

Some inversions may be practised. Alternative postures are offered to those who wish.
