New Starters Classes
New to the studio!? Join our New Starters course and begin your yoga journey with other like-minded people. Over the course of four weeks, you will learn the basic foundations and principles of Iyengar yoga in the relaxing atmosphere of our spacious and well lit studio. Our skilled teachers will demonstrate and explain how to perform yoga poses, helping you bring firmness, extension, vitality, and relaxation to your body and mind, & tailored to your individual needs. These classes run in 4 week blocks.
