Beginners / General Level One

Class Description:

I qualified to teach Iyenger yoga in 2021 & since 2022 have been teaching beginners classes.

I have a relaxed manner & hope to make yoga accessible to everyone and this is encouraged through the use of props & the application of the principles of Iyenger yoga 🧘🏻‍♂️

I am based between Bingley and Keighley in a church hall, called St Mary’s Meeting Room.
