‘meditation in action’.
Deeply rooted in ancient tradition Iyengar Yoga guides todays students along the eight fold path in a way that is accessible, practical, experiential and immensely personal. Sculpted by BKS Iyengar, named the man responsible for bringing Yoga to the West, the ‘Michelangelo of Yoga’, BKS Iyengar created a method, props and a language to make Yoga accessible to all.
