FACE 2 FACE Beginners CLASS
This class is ideal for beginners new to Iyengar Yoga, those with limited physical ability or existing students who want to work on poses covered on Iyengar Yoga Level 1 syllabus.
There will be focus on poses to correctly align and strengthen the body which will enhance flexibility, awareness and a sense of well being.
