General/Intermediate yoga class

Class Description:

This class offers the opportunity for confident more mature pupils who have established their home practice to deepen their understanding about the poses  and their effects.   It will allow pupils to explore different possibilities provided that at the Institute in New Cross there are so many props available for all.  The pupils at the Institute are a very friendly community.  It is a joy to teach there as well as to attend the classes at an Institute that reminds so much of the Ramamani Institute in Pune , India. Poses will be adapted accordingly so all will feel challenged and supported.
