General online practice
Class Description:
A weekly online practice suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience. Focus shifts between various aspects of asana practice through the lens of Iyengar yoga, with the occasional practice of pranayama and some of the resting poses. Classes end with a deep, nourishing relaxation.
You’ll need props for some of these sessions, but if you don’t have specific yoga props we can improvise with things you have at home.
