General Yoga for Beginners
Class Description:
A general yoga class for at beginners as well as those who have been doing yoga for several years and want to maintain / re-commence their practice. Props are used as helpful and appropriate, to encourage understanding, awareness and maximum benefit from the postures. The aim of the classes is for students to increase their flexibility and core strength, improve any physical and emotional limitations and enjoy the practice of yoga.
