Gentle Yoga

Class Description:

A slower paced class for those needing more time to get into postures & to be in them. Props will be used to support the body to help you experience the benefits of the asanas with ease. Supported standing postures & reclining postures will be taught to benefit the systems of the body without causing strain. Suitable for age related difficulties, fatigue, instability, minor physical ailments, menopausal, post pregnancy, post op (without complications).
