In-Person Monthly Iyengar Yoga Workshop for Beginners and All – Pascale Vacher – Sheffield
These ‘monthly’ classes focus mainly on standing postures which aim to build up strength, flexibility and stamina. They also include the practice of supine and seated postures as well as Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and introduce Sirsasana (headstand).
They are open to all Iyengar yoga students regularly attending beginners or general level classes. These longer sessions complement a regular usual class, giving a bit more time to explore and deepen understanding of Introductory level asanas. They may also help consolidate a budding home practice. Please contact the teacher for further details or to book a place.
