Friendly mixed class for mixed abilities. Includes Sirsasana (head balance) and Sarvangasana (shoulder stand). Knowledge of Iyengar yoga needed. Please bring equipment if you have it. Mat, blocks and bricks and belt. Some equipment provided but limited in amount.
