Iyengar Yoga

Class Description:

A welcoming class to start your week feeling open and stretched.

Will improve strength, flexibility and includes breathing practice and relaxation. The class lasts for 90 minutes and whilst working hard we still have time for laughter. A couple of us have more years experience of yoga than some students have been alive! So, safe to say mixed ability.

The class is held in a spacious warm hall with a wooden floor.
