Iyengar Yoga – For the stiffer Body

Class Description:

This class is designed for the stiffer person, and done at a slower pace.

Join me in the comfort of you own home to wrk on mobilising and strengthening your body, building a practice of Iyengar Yoga
You will need a mat and it is useful to have a stool or chair, blanket. If possible also blocks and yoga bricks.

This course can also be bought as monthly membership and secures your place for 12 months. You receive a discount doing it this way. check out the packages option.
