Iyengar Yoga with Penny Boylan

Class Description:

I took over this class from my own yoga teacher when I qualified, so it has been established for over 15 years. There is a welcoming group of all ages and abilities and you will feel at your ease immediately! the class runs from 7pm to 8.30pm and is termly over three terms of the year – basically arranged around the school year. I have enough equipemnt so that all you need to bring is your own mat. Bruce Hall is accessed via a gate at the side of the church and there is ample free parking.
