Beginners Level 1 Class (in Studio)

Class Description:

In person class for beginners at the Derby Iyengar Yoga Studio.  The place to start if you have no prior experience of yoga or of Iyengar Yoga!  Great for complete beginners, but also great for those students who want to revisit the basics and refresh their skills and understanding (maybe after a long break from regular classes).  For availability and to book, please email: derbyiyengaryoga@gmail.com
