Level 1 workshop

Class Description:

Level 1 workshops are three hours duration and are open to all regular students except complete beginners. You will work on different aspects of the Level 1 syllabus to gain a better understanding of the basic asanas which will be invaluable for those who are being mentored for teaching, or who plan to teach at some stage. Held normally every month.
