Mixed Levels In Person Class

Class Description:

This is a mixed levels class for all experience levels, particularly for those with some Iyengar yoga experience who want to progress their practice, and is in person only.

We work systematically through a wide range of poses, adjusting methods according to the individual ability of the students. Not recommended for new beginners.
