Monday Morning General Class

Class Description:

I’m an experienced Level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher, recently relocated to Dore from Lancashire where I ran an Iyengar Yoga studio for 5 years in Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley.

This will be a general class for students. Previous experience is not essential. Classes cost £8.00 on a pay as you go basis.
