Morning Online Beginners’/General Iyengar
General Iyengar Yoga class online (on ZOOM)
Every Wednesday morning on Zoom, I run a General Iyengar Yoga class. To join the class, please contact me so that I can send you the email invitation with the Zoom link and password. This class is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced students. Everyone is welcome to join – please get in contact if you have more questions about Iyengar Yoga or starting yoga classes in general. If you are more experienced in yoga, the class will still be beneficial since I teach a broad range of poses. I teach a variation of poses and sequences every week, focusing on different areas of the body or a different class of asanas. In my Yoga classes, I focus on the core principles of Yoga, rather than a picture-perfect Instagram pose. We use Iyengar props when needed. I focus principally on asana work. Only with that hard work will the relaxation at the end of the class come easily, meaning you will start to feel the mental benefits of a Yoga practise.
