Restorative and Therapy class

Class Description:

Thursday’s midday class started as a beginners and restorative but slowly it has filled with students recovering from surgery or illnesses. It is a very good starting point if you are very stiff, unsure of what yoga entails or just want a bit of kindness for your body.
