Restorative Class (in Studio)

Class Description:

In person class at the Derby Iyengar Yoga Studio.  This class runs once or twice a month and is suitable for all students (except new beginners) who attend their weekly Iyengar Yoga classes regularly and consistently.  A relaxing class to rest and rest for the weekend.  For availability/suitability and to book, please email: derbyiyengaryoga@gmail.com
