Six-week Introductory course
For absolute beginners to yoga or the Iyengar method. The course is designed to teach students the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. Basic poses (asanas) are taught to develop strength, stamina and flexibility. It is recommended to do 2 or 3 sets of the introductory course before moving on to other classes.
