My class focuses on correct alignment, precision in technique and in the use of props (to improve the poses). The lesson is in my home and is friendly, informal and satisfying, with the number of students being limited, so I can give more care and attention to each individual. The class is varied every week, so you don’t become bored and we can work holistically on the whole body. Helps the back. Ideal for couples.
