This class is progressive and structured in its approach. This means that you’ll build on what you learn week after week, gradually developing your practice and building strength and flexibility.
To join the class simply check availability with Jo Lovell. Once you’ve confirmed availability, complete a registration form and pay for the term at the time of booking to secure your place. It’s important to book in advance, as places are limited.
Please bring your own equipment to the class.
