A morning of restorative yoga – with Gerda

Event Description:

Join Gerda this Mother’s Day at Yoga Metta for a morning of restorative Iyengar yoga. Whether you’re a mum, a dad, bringing your mum (or dad!), navigating the journey to parenthood, or simply seeking some freedom from tension and stress, this workshop is for you. Using props to support and open the body, we’ll work on poses to release tension and bring a sense of ease. All levels welcome. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind & restore balance.
