Week Two of Two Weeks of Immersive Iyengar yoga at Sol Viegas Yoga Studio, Algarve, Portugal
Join us for a transformative one or two-week Iyengar yoga retreat at the stunning Sol Viegas Yoga Studio in the heart of the Algarve. This event, led by senior Iyengar yoga teacher Rachel Lovegrove, offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice, surrounded by the natural beauty of Portugal’s southern coast.

Dates & Structure

• Week 1: 22nd to 26th September – Aimed at students with at least 12 months experience of Iyengar yoga. Improve the basics and move on to more intermediate level work.
• Week 2: 29th September to 3rd October – Designed for students with at least 3 years experience of Iyengar yoga (or join us from week one), focusing on refining techniques and exploring advanced postures.

Location
The fully equipped studio is just a 15-minute walk from the breathtaking Algarve beaches and a 20-minute drive from Faro airport. Non-residential, so you can choose from a wide range of accommodations in the charming Almancil area.

What’s Included – (please note that these retreats are non-residential)

• A minimum of 10 yoga sessions, incorporating asana, pranayama & philosophy.
• Option to join for one or both weeks.
• Two group meals.
• Massage treatments available from skilled therapists at the studio.

£475 including one lunch and one dinner (accommodation is not provided)
