CHARITY YOGA CLASS and CHRISTMAS SOCIAL
Saturday 20^th December 10.00-12.00

YOGA CLASS 10.00 to 11.30; SOCIAL 11.30 onwards

£10 plus optional donation to the Trussell Trust

The seasonal class will be taught by Senior Teacher Judith Richards and will be suitable for all levels. Please bring your own yoga equipment – mat, 1 or 2 blankets, 4-5 foam pads, 2 bricks and 1-2 belts.

Everyone is invited from the yoga fraternity – all Iyengar yoga students and teachers in Kingston, Richmond, Esher and beyond – to come along and enjoy practising together and meeting one another.

After the class, stay and enjoy a drink in the company of your fellow yogis!

Refreshments provided – bring your own mug/glass!

Proceeds this year will go again to the Trussell Trust: https://www.trusselltrust.org who support a nationwide network of food banks and provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty, and campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.
