In Gratitude for our Practice

Level 3 teacher Jane Perryman, founder of West Suffolk Iyengar Yoga Centre will be teaching a donation based class in honour of our practice. All proceeds from the class will go to Medicins sans Frontieres, a non political charity organisation known best for providing humanitarian medical care in conflict zones.

Jane has been running this project for many years and raised thousands of pounds. As well as inviting members to join her class Jane is keen to widen the project and invite teachers to do the same with their own students. If you are interested in joining forces please contact Jane directly.

Participants in the online class must be suitably well practiced to participate and responsible for their own safety.
