Devon, Yoga and Ayurveda week

The pull of the Hartland Peninsular, North Devon, has been drawing me back for over 15 years.  If yoga is about exploring the elements and energies within the body, then different locations on the planet offer an opportunity to explore the resonances found through the elements and energies of the geology and geography of place reflecting in our practice.

With 30 year’s of Iyengar yoga teaching, and several years studying and exploring Ayurveda, the week offers an opportunity to find our own true nature within.  Two beautiful Ayurvedic inspired meals each day, delightfully cooked by my 32 year old daughter, who began cooking here when she was just 17 years old!

You can also book an Ayurvedic massage with myself on one of the free afternoons.  If I wasn’t teaching, I’d be there!
