This Iyengar yoga course over the Easter weekend provides an in-depth look at a selection of asanas, allowing you to hone your skills and understanding of each pose. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this course is the perfect opportunity to increase your knowledge and stregthen your practice.

Workshops give you time to explore and observe, questions are welcome throughout.

There is a one hour break for lunch both days. With the afternoon sessions being shorter.
