Event Description:

Join Edgar Stringer and Lydia Holmes for a fabulous weekend of Iyengar yoga at Hereford Yoga Centre.

Edgar and Lydia always share their wealth of knowledge and experience with a good dose of humour and a spirit of exploration. Whether you join us for a single session, a full day or the whole weekend, you’ll enjoy thoughtful teaching and the opportunity to deepen your practice.

Suitable for students with at least 6 months of regular Iyengar yoga experience. A 10% concession discount is available.
