Event Description:
This Exchange of Learning session will focus on exploring the practice of Yoga throughout life.
Starting in childhood and going all the way to old age. Our aim is to
discuss ways of working with students at all stages in their lives,
taking into account the various issues that may arise on this journey.
We will investigate teaching particular age groups, and take into
consideration that many teachers have classes with a wide range of
ages.

Qualified Iyengar yoga teachers only. Valid IY(UK) membership is required to attend.
