Exchange of Learning Day – Yoga for All Bodies – With Kirsten Agar

Event Description:

The theme for 2025/26 is ” Yoga For All Bodies” led by Kirsten Agar.

The day will include group practice with practical sessions in smaller groups to explore how we can be diverse, inclusive and body positive in the practice and teaching of yoga. Also a short discussion on the awareness of unconscious bias in yoga teaching.

Teachers are required to complete an EL day every 2 years for membership renewal , but annual attendance is recommended.
