Exchange of Learning with Helen Graham

Event Description:

iYoga Glasgow (IYG) and East of Scotland Iyengar Yoga (ESIY) are working together for the 2024 – 25 Exchange of Learning Days.

The theme is ‘Yoga through the Ages, for all ages’, and will delve into the various ways in which yoga can benefit us at different stages of life.

Teachers are required to attend one Exchange of Learning Day (formerly known as PD Days) every two years, and are strongly encouraged to attend every year, as the topics change annually – with the subject chosen based on issues facing or questions arising from teachers.
