General level workshop with Uday Bhosale

Event Description:

SWLSIY is delighted to invite Uday back to teach a one day, general level workshop. Suitable for those with an least one year recent and regular Iyengar Yoga practice.

The location is a 10 minute walk from Vauxhall Underground and Overground.

If you are on low income (e.g. eligible for Income Support PIP or similar benefits) or experiencing financial hardship you may pay a concessionary rate discounted by 50%. Please contact us in advance of booking.

Please bring a yoga mat, 4 or 5 blocks, two bricks, two belts and a blanket.
