General workshop with Sheila Haswell with a focus on the Level 1 syllabus

Event Description:

This workshop will focus on the Level 1 syllabus. It is three hours duration and is open to all regular students.
You will work on different aspects of the Level 1 syllabus to gain a better understanding of the basic asanas and the connections between them.
This is an opportunity for all students to delve deeper into these asanas and may be a support for those who are being mentored for teaching, or who plan to teach at some stage.
