Holy Isle Iyengar yoga retreat with Helen Graham 2025

Event Description:

Immerse yourself in yoga and completely relax and recharge in the peaceful

surroundings of Holy Isle, a picturesque island off of Arran on the west coast of

Scotland.

With no Wi-Fi, cars or people apart from the monks, it’s the perfect place for a digital

detox. Wake up to sea views, wild horses outside your window and the smell of

freshly baked bread. All food is homemade vegetarian (vegan on request), with a lot

of the fruit and vegetables grown in the gardens.

As this is a yoga retreat rather than a holiday, there will be three yoga sessions per

day (two asana and one pranayama class). This course is suitable for anyone who has

experience of yoga.
