Improvers Workshop – 11 October 2025

Event Description:

This workshop is designed for students looking to deepen their yoga practice and understanding. By blending yoga philosophy with progressive asana work, it offers an inclusive and well-paced experience. Students will have the opportunity to explore postures, experiment with different approaches, and refine their practice. After the workshop, you’re invited to relax and connect with fellow students over a drink and a snack. It’s a great chance to unwind, share experiences, and build community!
